A few weeks back, I kept typing Lost Desert PAINT Brush Plushie, but the sw said that it didn't exist. Took me 15 minutes(!) of research and stuff to realize that TNT had changed the name. Very frustrating.

I was having the same issue and went to one of the database sites and they had it all spelled out. They are actually keeping track now on their site of old and new names problem is you must first shorten it go through pages of stock sometimes to find out what the new name is, then go within and find out that your spreadsheet, or paper records are wrong, so I have just been searching there when I get the unrecognized by the SW. Due to the CG issue right now none of the people in my mall are SW they are working with one another through the trades which I thought was a great idea whom ever here posted, I actually have been stocking new items but not posting as I want this issue cleared up and unless I get desperate I am not pricing. I am afraid of being suspended as one of our MM just got frozen, I pray she has not lost stuff. I wish I was paying more to the issue to begin with. Problem is she is one of my top notch computer people and was not aware what to watch for before they froze her we thought it was a neomail between the two of us (that is what they told her initially) till her Dad called and screamed all the NC money in and then they admitted it was due to odd activity so they froze her for her protection. This thing is so out of hand! So Our Banners are all down and I left them that way except mine (which was a test) by the recommendation of someone I trust and love from here until this gets settled. I have told everyone to stop Rsing to work with our mall in the trades with one another as there are still people shopping because neo has not announced that there is an issue. I cannot believe that they are not talking about the risks right now and telling us how to fix them. Thank goodness to Dmitri and all the others watching our backs, I am still trying to get through all the notes in the CG issue warning.
