OH, that's not a CGing. Neopets changed something about the site (I don't really follow) and a lot of people have been frozen during the changes by accident. I think you just need to submit the form, or click where it says to, and they will unfreeze you.

That must be their new reason to put up for freezing before they are ready to make an official reason. If you look at the bd chat, there are a few others affected today. We in Xmart lost shawna_43 today. This is getting really, really old. The thieves aren't going to have anyone to sell anything to when no one cares about this site anymore.

The same thing happened to me yesterday. I went to do something on the site, was logged out, went to log back in and got told my account was frozen because I might of been posisbly scammed. I've submitted my ticket but it hasn't been reviewed yet so I'm hoping since it seems to be a common issue at the moment and that I could give them enough information about the account - especially since I'm premi and have all my billing information, then it'll be returned to me sometime next week. I'm semi-happy about it though since I have an 8 page essay due tomorrow and its my sister's birthday and my other sister has homecoming dress shopping that I'm taking her for so at least I don't have Neopets as a procrastination and I'm getting more work done than I would have otherwise. this is what mine says for the banning Ban reason: Due to potentially suspicious activity on this username, it has been frozen for the owner's protection. I refrain from going to any shop to rs now (excludes friends i know). I try to only rs at neopian shops and stuff since i cant miss out this months HPD or i will be out of reliable stock for a whole month.

See i dont understand any of this..i have been frozen before..i wasnt online since yesterday before bed...i am not a premium member...the only thing i have been looking for lately is codestones bottled faeries and neggs..i havent submitted a ticket yet since when i push this Why is my account frozen for "unknown" reasons? the reply is this "Since we've come back online, some of you might have been notified your account is frozen when you attempted to log in. If this shouldn't apply to you, sorry! We're looking into the issue right now and will clear it up as soon as possible. In the meantime, you don't need to submit a ticket to support about this. We'll keep you posted either here or in news as we work things out. Thanks for your patience! so unsure if i wait it out or what
