I have a survey that i have to complete and need to interview at least 20 people. Any help here would be appreciated. This would not take long. Thank you to people that help Physical activity survey 1. Age Group (20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59,60+) 2. Gender: 3. Name one physical activity you participate in regularly? If none, why not If none go no further with the survey 4. Why did you choose this activity 5. How often do you do this activity? 6. Any special equipment of facilities required? If so, what? 7. Are there any costs involved in participating in your activity? 8. What do you believe is the major benefit you receive from this activity? 9. Do you participate in this activity all year around? If not, why not? 10. Did you participate in this activity 12 months ago? 11. Do you think you will be participating in this activity in 10 years time? If not, why not? Thank you again. All help appreciated. If you want to disclose your age group feel free.

Why did you choose this activity Got a puppy 5. How often do you do this activity? At least twice a day 6. Any special equipment of facilities required? If so, what? A dog. Decent hiking boots. Flashlight when it's dark. 7. Are there any costs involved in participating in your activity? leash, tag, food, squeaky toy, shots. Also decent hiking boots 8. What do you believe is the major benefit you receive from this activity? Keep dog poo off lawn, keep dog from chewing decent hiking boots. Probably kinda cardiovascular or something too. 9. Do you participate in this activity all year around? If not, why not? Yes 10. Did you participate in this activity 12 months ago? Yes 11. Do you think you will be participating in this activity in 10 years time? If not, why not? Not necessarily, if dog dies. All the above are true answers, even if I had a bit of fun doing it. Hope you can use this anyway.

Maybe it starts at 20 because it needs the info about adult teens rather than teens. sigh* seems teens are too boring these days? :D ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- http://www.neopets.com/~nightmarewithin Misbehave Mall ~ Everything You Need At The Best Prices!!!

I'm in! Physical activity survey 1. 30-39 2. Gender: N/A? ;) 3. Hula-hooping! 4. It's fun, it's aerobic, it's like DANCING, and it's great to do at festivals! 5. A couple hours a week 6. Hula-hoops (cheap and easy to make with PVC irrigation tubing, a connector and tape) 7. When we do it in groups, people bring extra hoops for those who don't have one, so not really? 8. THE major benefit? Gah, just one? It's exercise, stretching, dancing, peace of mind and socialization all in one. 9. Yes. In the park when it's nice out, indoors in the winter. 10. Yup yup yup! 11. Maybe? I would like to be doing it 10 years from now :)
