FROZEN, after 5 days of trying to rebuild.
So I got to login tonight to the message that I have been FROZEN for BUYING NEOPOINTS! What the hell? I didn't even KNOW you could buy them! What is going on!!! I sent in my support ticket, obviously, but this company is so down the tubes that I don't even expect a response. My last 2 accounts were frozen for CGs (for my own PROTECTION, of course) and Neopets never thought to even REPLY to my tickets. I had made like 2.5 Million in like 5 days from some good auction snipes and whatnot. I know there was this guy on the shop boards who said I must have been scamming to get my shop to size 75 and all those bottled faeries in it. Honestly, does anybody know ANYTHING at all about auction sniping and how profitable it can be?! UGH! SO INFURIATED.

yeah could have been a shady account. I havent sniped since dupe day 2007. With the exception of paintbrushes on the shop wiz. But it's near impossible to earn NP these days ----------------------------- Are you protected? http://www.neopets.com/~punchback_bob CG information & more

I love how they just ice you for things that (if they took time to look into it) are never actually your fault.
I love how they just ice you for things that (if they took time to look into it) are never actually your fault.
Hopefully you'll get your account back but my cousin is in distraught with the same incident. He has been playing neo for 7 years (quit last year) Hacked 4 times, 2 times CG protection and once because of a shady account. He changes his PW every month and pin every 4 months. He has lost over 20mil in np and last year he made his decision to quit after his account was hacked again and TNT just take way too long to reply to his tickets and dont get me started on the draiks on his frozen accounts. -------------------------- In order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure~ Bill Cosby

Or someone else has been in your account, and got you frozen for the above reason. Or its chain linked to someone else, that has done that. Hopefully when the mod looks closer into what happened on your account, they will see what really took place, and maybe you will get it back. It's rare for that reason, but it has happened. Good luck

A lot of people change their passwords and PINs a lot more often than that. And do a PIN retrieval every day. (They can only be done once a day, changed more often, but retrieval is just once.) Before you update your security, first make sure that your accounts are registered to a working email address, lots have found out recently that they aren't. Another way of knowing if they are working is, if you hotel your pets, do they tell you when they are checking out?
