By the way, I hope you do realize that you will be required to enter in a contract (minimum 2 years for the 4.95 rate) and need a valid credit card to sign up. As for the ads, you'll need basic knowledge of php (You can also buy them, but be prepared to spend at least $300 to $1000 for an advertisement script) and from the sound of it, you dont seem to know much about it. In addition, you need to make sure you escape all dangerous tags, especially the SCRIPT tag or else your visitors are gonna be so pissed when they get CGed, etc etc.
