Here is mine. I have a laptop so it was a real killer on trying to play games, etc but just recently got a mouse which has helped tremendously.

What's wrong with Ubuntu?

As a Slackware user for almost 10 years (since ~2000), I'm finding myself breathing great sighs of relief with Ubuntu. When I got my laptop about a year ago, I decided to move away from Slackware. It's far too time consuming at times. I have my wonderful, loving, fond memories with it (as well as many late nights), and I hope the project continues for a long time, but I'm good for now. I'm using Linux strictly as a desktop OS now, and Ubuntu is exactly what I needed.

I still have Slackware on my desktop, and I still love it. But it's not what I want or need anymore in my OS! I want my freaking hand held after 10 years of compiling Biggrin
