Hi Everyone, I am sorry for what I wrote earlier as I was rather frustrated. Sometimes I can understand why people pop pill after pill just to try and make the migraine go away. I must admit I got so sick of having the migraine, with having it for a few days that you get to a point thinking when is this migraine ever going to end. I am rather luck in my job as we have a shower in the ladies room so I can have one at during my lunch time yippy. I often when I have a migraine sit at my desk at work with dark sunglasses on and try to keep away from the light when possible. Yes and sometimes I go and lay down in the sick room at lunch times I guess I am very lucky in that way I guess. Whispers It's also good to have a bucket with you as well. Anyway to supre_drake and anyone I may have upset etc I am very sorry. I would like to wish you all a very nice day/night :D and remember the next minute is a new minute ;) my motto

Migraines are a bad deal, I wouldn't wish them on anybody. I only had a migraine once and it was horrible. Intense pain to any light or sound. Basicly had to lock myself in my room with blakets over the windows and try to sleep it off. Seemed about every 15 mins I would vomit. My advice is sleep it off.
