Wow. That was very interesting. Took a little bit longer to read because there was a bunch of explanation of what it was and how it works.
One day, they will be able to cloak a human and if that time comes... it will be very different for us to see what's there and what's not there. Just think about spies... if they can somehow manipulate transformational optics in a way that no one else can, we will be in big trouble.

Yeah, though the last paragraph said that anyone who is perfectly cloaked wouldn't be able to see out, it just wouldn't work, so to be able to see out it would have to be imperfect so it would be traceable through the "see out" thing.
Like in Harry Potter, Mad Eye Moody could see through his cloak, though he could see out.
