The NERVE OF THIS PERSONNN :K:K:K
So I have this girl trying to report me for harassment :o hhaha. Anyways this is the REAL STORY what happened? Okay? OKAY!.... Someone(dont want to post username for obvious reasons :P nick name letta) neomailed me about joining my mall for a spot. She told me that she had a small shop size so I let that slide and told her to upgrade whenever she could I thought I was helping her out (right?) Okay It was notice board posting time (nov.8th) and I neomail everyone who didn't pay the fee to notify them that if they don't pay I'll leave their spot on the NB Ad banner linking to the mall page because their spot isn't paid. I neomailed this person to pay she replies back with.. "Has everyone else paid the fee?" I responded with... "Yes except 2 people you and deedy (nick-name of maller), I'm going to remove them from the banner because they havn't been on for 10+ days (and every mall manager knows that if someone doesn't sign on for a period of time you eventually will remove them out of the mall)" She responds with... "Remove me from the banner too" I try to respond and she had blocked me. I sign on my side account because I thought she misunderstood me. I repky back with.. Why did you block me? and I think you misunderstood what I said and your lookup says you'll block anyone who harasses or bothers you.." She replys back with.. "Your mall is not very organized and( she says more things but i forgot what it was) and she said that i was harassing her and that she can report me for it. DO YOU SEE HARASSMENT IN THIS? :O I DON'T. If i wanted to harass someone I think i would said from the beginning of this TOPIC that I HAD harassed them. But I didn't. /// PLEASE POST YOUR OPINIONS ON THIS /// This situation drive me insane to close down my mall (Mall of Marketplace) because I don't want to deal with these kind of people..

Yikes... I dont think I would have even been nice enough to try and follow up with her from a side with that sort of attitude. I would have been more of a... dont let the door hit you on your way out.

In the future just be sure that EVERYONE in your mall knows and agrees to the guidelines (rules but TNT doesn't like non-TNT rules) -- and agreement in writing is best. A simple mail of, "welcome to the mall, by joining our mall you are stating you have read and agree to follow the guidelines as listed here (mall page). If you have read and agree to all of these, respond to this mail with a yes". People are lazy, they skip the details that they don't like or want to deal with. Sorry, and yeah, this is typical! I have a notice in my rules list that specifically asks that anyone applying to the mall that has read the rules should include a specific quote in their neomail. Our mall master has several malls and is MIA, The mall leader told me she isn't the leader anymore due to personal reasons--so our mall is just coasting at this point. I contacted the person who supposedly does MB ads for the malls never replied to many emails. I'm too stupid to try and start a mall--I would leave for greener pastures, but i don't have anyway to give notice. So while I am not really shopping for a new mall--anyone with a BIG mall--wth shops in the main marketplace having and opening--let me know.
