After inputting about 3 prices of items in the portal, it says there is a runtime error and it closes. Anyone know why?
It kind of makes me frustrated because I think it will take hours for me to input everything. :(

[KB#02 - Preparing Compressed folders to package users directory]
To do this, open up the users folder (in C:\neomallers if default settings used) and right click the profile in question. Choose send to compressed folders. A file will be created. Please send that file to [email protected] and if possible, provide any details of what you were doing when you experienced the glitches
Since you didnt provide any specifications, try doing the above so i can look at it myself from my end.

Try zipping up the /users folder as opposed to the entire thing
