Would that work as advertising?
That may get a whole lot more kid users, but adults, people who can buy neocash and bring in bigger bucks, they wouldn't be appealing to. --- From the land where Funny is a smell and Peachy is an emotion...
Some of those McDonalds plushies are worth money now. So I can totaly see why adults get more into it than kids, they have money. Oh look bubbles!!! http://www.neopets.com/browseshop.phtml?owner=kazzey_happy_bubble
true so but we still need a fair number of adults and a fair number of children but i get what you mean by the plush toys that they are appealing to children only. So we need a way to appeal adults too.
Lol just made me think of the foxtrot comics, Andy (The mother) goes crazy over beanie babies. "Look here. Cutie, the cow, went up 2 cents since this morning!" "2 cents?!? Who cares!?!" "Well, considering how many cuties I bought..." --- From the land where Funny is a smell and Peachy is an emotion...
That is so true but you have to start somewhere to make money and all it takes is that one person to raise the price to start the mass ripple of frenzy to buy buy buy, then next thing you know, 20 years later you found out the simple toy you got in a dam happy meal is worth a small fortune lol And you sold it in a garage sale for 5 cents LMAO lol Oh look bubbles!!! http://www.neopets.com/browseshop.phtml?owner=kazzey_happy_bubble
so you think we should be all neo collectors of reality items to get a small fortune?
No we should not be collectors of neopet items. I was just saying it only take one person to think something is worth collecting and then the price can go up and then everyone likes it or wants it and most are willing to pay for it. I think it is what they call a trend and it only take one person to start the wave, to make it popular. And who knows what will be the next thing to set the world in a frenzy lol lol Oh look bubbles!!! http://www.neopets.com/browseshop.phtml?owner=kazzey_happy_bubble
lol i still remember the memories when i went to school and every 3 months of so there was a new trend. Marbles, cards, ball games and all these random things. Good times back then. :D
Lol the new trends are lame. I stopped trying to understand the trends when Bokugan came on the stage a while ago. Before that is was an outburst of fighting card games that all seemed to copy 'Magic - the Gathering' in one form or another... I enjoy a good game of marbles or something but I've yet known anyone who can pull themselves away from things like facebook, these really flashy and time consuming games, etc, long enough to even understand how the game is played. (I'm in high school). --- From the land where Funny is a smell and Peachy is an emotion...
I gave up following those trends like ages ago. Some were so boring the moment i see them i roll my eyes. My examples were all these random boring card games like pokemon or something..
I just realized how dang long this quotation train is :O --- If at first you don't succeed, Skydiving may not be for you.
