If you had four people (me being one of them) come into your shop since 12 a.m. NST today, (so within five hours) then your shop hits would only reflect four. If they revisited it, then I don't believe they are counted again, for the same reason if you view your shop front (it would indeed count it as a hit) but then view it again five minutes later, it wouldn't count the second view as a hit. So, if you have three people view your shop twice in a quick succession, then that would be why. (I think this is correct, I know it applies for if you view your shop twice in quick succession, then the counter would not reflect two hits, just one). If you have 2 hits from yesterday, and nobody visits your shop until, let's say, an hour after server flip (midnight NST), then your counter doesn't reset for today for that whole hour.
