@ Franklinnc1980: If you didn't have your email pinned too (that they couldn't change your email without using the pin) then they can change your email to get your pin. Oh I am sorry that this happened to you! I hope you get it resolved soon. I used my Print screen function and saved the pertenant acct info that they may ask for in a word doc. They are direct screenies then from the site hopefully giving a little more crediability if this ever happens here. Just a thought for going forward when dealing with neo. Good Luck!
