It's legal until he turns 18 and then has sex with her because once you're an adult you aren't allowed to have sex with a minor unless they're like a year younger than you are something because of how much 17 and 18 year old teenagers interact. It's only a 3 or 4 year difference, and technically it's legal til the 17 year old turns 18. I'm 17 myself, and while I'd wouldn't date a guy younger than me, I don't see too much of a problem with it. And it's not like it's real life or anything. It's only over the 'net. Well, if it was my 13 year old daughter(thank god shes not) and some 17 year old, he would wish he never figured out what a tent pole was for. It might only be a few years difference but it is light years apart in mentality and emotional age. But on another thought, her mother should know what she is doing at the computer at that age too. As far as tnt goes, they just gave me a warning a few minutes ago for using the word attractive in a completely normal sentence, so yeah they need to get a grip and see what should be seen (if they are being blatantly open about it) and leave the stupid nit picking alone. But odds are they arent being very open about it and I am sure it has gone off neo or they wouldnt bother with it.
