I agree that it would be tricky to operate goal-specific competitions. We have members here who excell at all different aspects of the site and ideas like "who can increase the most shop wise" or "who can gain the most avatars/bd points/stamps/neodeck cards etc" would be super hard for some people.
I looooove Pip's idea of overall account points. We can include things like everything mentioend above as well as gourmet points, book points, kads fed, trophies (with multiple counts for multiple trophies? debatable but I mean would 10x NT = 10 trophies?), site event trophies.
that way people won't be penalized for having some nice stats already & those who want initiative to grow will have it~~~

Lol I hate that I'm no good at artwork, especially computer, so I'd bomb at any sort of graphic competition, and none of my stats are really Out there. Maybe the 2mil or whatever in stocks but that's about it, and that's not even very good competition wise, just making money wise for me.
Game wise, I don't think I've ever made it in the top 100 on any game.
Lol my talents are somewhere else, I can write music... and I might be the only person still playing Warpath 97, One Must Fall, or Scorched Earth, if that counts as a talent. XD
Puzzles like the Dr. Sloth plot's computer cracking thing are fun, but the number they had us do got annoying.
