I'm still alive, guys. But my banner was removed. I cannot change my shop description. I cannot contact Neofriends. I cannot post to the boards.
I have no idea how to get my account back.
I think some -DILLWEED MOD WHO CANNOT READ- saw my board in the BD that said "I am 9 years old - Is my MSPP safe from zappage?" and the -DILLWEED MOD WHO CANNOT READ- did not stop to think I was talking about my -ACCOUNT AGE- in regard to the -NEWS ANNOUNCEMENT- which stated that as a courtesy to older accounts, pets feature old art are no longer subject to random events that convert them.
Help?

I just want to make sure my mall doesn't kick me out because I won't reply to Neomails and I am no longer displaying the banner. I don't use messenger so this forum and Neopets are the only way I know to contact them. :(

I just avoid creating threads on there anyways. Seems to increase my chances of getting suspended/warned for something stupid
What's weird is.. your banner does indeed show up in ther marketplace:

I used to post in BD chat all the time, and then stopped, and then quit the game. When I started back, I didn't really remember much of why I stopped posting in Bd chat - now I remember! People seriously harass you there. It sucks.
I did fill out the forms you posted here. :) I also asked in the forms to please freeze the people who reported me, because they did so with full knowledge that I was not 9 years old. Don't know if it will do any good, LOL.

What really makes me laugh about the situation - and stupid BD mods - is if your account is 9 years ago, and you're saying you're 9 years old that would mean you would of had to create the account when you're a newborn....
But saying that you'll get it back to normal - but it might take a couple of weeks. But good luck!

its definitely bots. i think once the number of reports reach a certain threshold it auto carries it out. it worked with the chris_mcdonald graphics incident. he wouldnt stop so got him mass reported and account was frozen so fast. otherwise mods wont have a life. it probably uses keywords too. for instance ive talked about neomallers accounts and resetting alot but the time when the person i was helping mentioned hotmail without "encoding" it, we both got in trouble in a matter of minutes
