so then why do some malls get so bent over low hits or sales
low shop hits means less potential customers to your mall mates. 80+ hits a day in a mini mall though is pretty good, so i wouldn't worry about it if i were you. if you want to see more hits an sales, you can try joining a 4mil np ad, but it really sounds like you're doing ok =)

Sounds like you're doing pretty well. Though you can think about raising the price for a couple items slightly if you want to increase profits. Since most of the people who buy overpriced items probably don't know about the SW (and therefore they don't know about item prices), and a 200np difference really doesn't matter much to them. :P Petpet Paradise http://www.neopets.com/browseshop.phtml?owner=mizleah
Kirsty, I wiz price to actually sell items. If I overprice by even 1 np, no one buys from me. Also, I can't figure out the portal and don't have all the time in the world with my job and my kids to go one by one and input everything I have into said portal.
Doesn't buying stuff at wiz price and constantly looking up prices to replenish stock take more time each day than putting in a big initial stock and overpricing it? The point of having a main market shop is to be able to overprice stuff and sell it without *too* much effort beyond the initial stocking of the category. This may not be true for wearables since prices there tend to vary a LOT, but it is true for most categories. This gives mallers the choice to either be lazy for the rest of their neo-life and still have a decent income, or spend more time restocking in the neopian shops and using using their wiz/swiz hits for snipes. I wouldn't bother with malling at all if I had to wiz price a lot of stuff regularly....
