How healthy did you eat today? Did you exercise?
If you clicked this board seriously be true to your self and give me 10 push-ups for every junk item you ate today. 30 sit-ups for any sugary drinks you can today. 50 lunges if you DIDNT eat break - fast today. 20 Squats if you ate after 9:00pm last night. Post on this board what you ate and Ill do 5 push-ups, 5 sit-ups , 5 burpess, 5 lunges. Help me get my work out in today ;) If you clicked this board and refused to take part in this activity SHAME on you! I see fatness in your near future ;)

Hmmm, I had oatmeal (milk, brown sugar, raisins) and OJ for breakfast, a pastrami sandwich on sunflower seed bread with American cheese and spicy mustard, 1/4 of a raspberry snapple, some local organic yogurt (though it is pretty sweet) and a banana for lunch, a mid afternoon coffee (I put lots of sugar in my coffee), and one of those instant Indian dinners and some lemonade (curried mustard greens, lots of sodium, but eh, I'm more worried about the sugar...). Also had a small bowl of BBQ Kettle Chips (mmmm.... all natural, but more salt!), and later tonight I'll have an ice cream soda or something :) ). If the dogs next door keep barking, I may have some dogburgers! No exercise yet today, but I'll go spin poi later, and I had LOTS of dancing on Sunday night :) I'm not doing the situps, but I'll do crunches! And I don't count 'eating after 9PM' as a bad thing when I'm awake until 3AM every night anyway *lol*

You havn't lived until you taste my moms cooking :P I have Indian food every day :P But you ate pretty healthy today :* But do the crunches:P I forgot to mention what I had today xD Well I had Oatmeal and Green tea for breakfast. And 2 slices of pizza for lunch *cry* -goes to do 20 push-ups-

I did the crunches already, now go eat dinner :P Tomorrow I hula-hoop in the park for hours, so I don't want to overdo it today :)

Good job :* I have to get in shape, In 2 years I shall be a certified personal trainer ^^ I worked out my arms a couple days ago and there still sore, I was thinking about doing my abs today ^^ I havn't done Hula hooping for a while :P I remember I won a contest once I think I hola hooped for almost an hour. I won a toaster *lol*

No, you just haven't TRIED to do more than on your hips :) Now I'm excited for tomorrow, a friend is coming up from NYC and she'll be joining us in the park, and I think it'll be her first time fire hooping, and it'll be with my new hoop :) So, I don't feel too guilty that I'm eating an ice cream sunday now *lol*

I work midnights, so my schedule is a little screwy. 5:00PM: 2 NoXide capsules 5:30PM: Breakfast - 3 eggs, over-medium 5:40PM: Multivitamin, with a supplemental vitamin b-complex 6:50PM: Plyometrics exercise 7:50PM: Recovery drink - Whey protein with amino acids (1g of carbs and 26g of protein per serving, 2 servings) and one serving of TwinLabs Creatine Fuel Stack 8:30PM: One Braebun apple (out of turn as far as meals go, but it feels like it helps me recover post-workout, so it's now a habit) 10:00PM: 2 Noxide capsules 10:30PM: One 4oz lean turkey burger (99% lean) on a "One Bun" brand multi-grain bun, plain. ...and now I'm at work with my next meal being in an hour. I have two more meals scheduled for today, both of which will be South Beach Diet meal bars (suitable for phase 2). I guess that's only going to be an extra workout for you :P

Today was my big exam day. Therefore, I ate... - One 5 minute really easy to cook noodles (high sodium content) - 3 eggs (for fiber so I was able to stay up and pull an all nighter) - That's about it. HAHA. Normal breakfast (oatmeal and oj), normal lunch (sammich, yogurt, etc), leftover thai curry that I made on Monday for dinner... mmmmmmm....... And I may go out drinking and dancing after hooping this evening :) Ooh, that would get a warning on NP *lol*
