I got frozen too :X Same reasons as above T.T I just got a new weapon for battle and I have tons of Bubbling Fungus saved up for a potential warplot. Though I did fine the pin for my other account *-* 180+ Halloween Goodie Bags :*:*

From the moment I heard that darkparadiddle was frozen and another shop that dealt in training early Friday I started to warn our mall members of a possible... another round of attacks, I did not get through to all of them before I was frozen... I even mentioned to buy_swap_or_sell 24hrs before I was frozen that I am not going to risk my account as I had a feeling something was brewing with the Profanity in shops and an increase in users being frozen I noticed nothing out of the ordinary I was refreshing my shop board and I was logged out... When I went to re-log in I had been frozen. I still have no idea as to what where or who that I visited, nothing out of the ordinary had happened. How does this sound for "other information" in my support ticket :D This is the second time I have been frozen in a very short period of time through no fault of my own. I do not know why I have been frozen this time or last time. Support gave me no indication or explanation or any chance to discuss this issue... and after waiting 4 to 5 weeks last time... of which I paid for a premium service that I was not using during this time feel that I am at least owed an explanation and a speedy recovery of my account this time Pets paradise Mall 3 Branches Info http://www.neopets.com/~Shizukeo

I still am not 100% convinced that this is a CG related issue, but I cannot rule it out at this point either. It also doesnt seem to be as widespread this time either, there are not many boards on Neo about it (but then I have not really been on much either). I still doubt I will get any real response from TNT, but i sent in a premium frozen form, and wrote a good 5 page letter. I know they dont listen, but if anything, it at least lets me get many of my thoughts out of my mind and into text. If I could afford a round trip plane ticket, I would fly to their offices to have a true one on one. With such high numbers like that, there would be no real way to pinpoint a user. Hello Shawna, sorry you got done. I used to be one of your regulars. I lost my account 2 months ago and never got it back. In my case there was a definite codestone link. I was shopping with the wiz and clicked on a codestone to buy it. I was taken out of neopets into another site but my security suite (kaspersky) blocked it saying it contained malicious code. I reported it to tnt and logged out shortly after. About 2 hours later I tried to log back in but the account was reported frozen for my own protection. I had no way of complaining to tnt so a friend neomailed on my behalf. Nothing has happened since and I gave up and have a new account. If I had put in as much effort as some people I would be more than a little angry with whoever it is in tnt who is running amok with freezing powers.

hey easy over..yes i remember you...thanks for the sales...it is same way with me but i cannot remember a single problem that night before..i didnt try to get on early that day because i had work really early in morning.. but i am assuming it happened the day before..i was surpised when i couldnt get into my account and said it was frozen....i am still hoping tnt gives me back my account...and it actually has items still in it..i know if i dont get my account back even though i already opened another account to email them ...i am NOT starting over then...it would take forever to get where i was in stock..so hopefully i just get account back with stuff still in it.
