How this reads to me:
The Dev team didn't tell Customer Support they were doing anything.
So Customer Support gets a bunch of 'OMGWTFBBQ!' support requests, and goes 'Wow, something broke, well, guess we'll put a ticket through to the Dev team!'
So, don't feel TOO bad Neopia, sounds like TNT doesn't even deal with INTERNAL communication very well, more less tell US anything :)
Either that, or Mr. Insane wasn't supposed to put those filters in place yet and did it anyway, easier to ask forgiveness than permission!

I've found a way around most of the coding change. At least I finally can change the mall banner and stuff... Expect I can't link anything which has the & symbol in it. This I can not figure out :S

No kidding!!! Any way around the text area yet on the petpages?
I found one way with the div tags...but there is alot of changing of code to the mall codes to make it work...I only hope there is another way!
