It appears to be working, I saw 9 hits when I looked yesterday, and 16 when I went and looked today. Your total is up to 95, looks to be working :)

What do you see when you look at your counter? A black counter with dashes where numbers should be or the color counter you picked?
It might be that you need to clear your cache and browsing memory.

That is correct, it's not cloaked if I can see the count.
I have read other threads previously where someone couldn't see the counter on one machine, or in one browser, but it worked fine for everyone else.
Try clearing your cache and all that jazz and see if that helps?
