Hey,I logged into the neomallers portal and updated my shop stock and sales history, then I closed the program and tried to enter again but game this error. I am using windows 7 SP1

that is weird... i suppose what you can do is delete the db_customers folder but im not sure how it would react to it. I'll come up with a better algorithm for the next NeoMallers Portal 10.5 (or 11)

I think ill just delete it and istall it again :/ it just takes 5 mins. Although I deleted my profile in the portal's folder then tried to enter, this time it let me enter till the main screen and asked me to create a new user, then it gave me the same error but with a number 5 in it. weird

That is weird.. Anyways Im going to discontinue that thing eventually. A new web based version is in the works and is almost ready. It will solve all the compatibility issues :P

So, in the future you will not use that version anymore and just use the web based one? But will the web based one as full as the installed one? or will it be more lite? I prefer using the one I downloaded. When will web-based be available? I ask too much

It'll still be available (i for example, prefer an app) and somewhat updated but the focus will the web version. The web version wont be fully featured but it will get there with time :P
Anyways if you send me a link to the files zipped up or attach it here, i can take a look to see what's causing the problem (right click the folder and choose send to compressed folder)
It was supposed to be available last week but i had to make a few changes to the site first and i ran into some issues. Security needs to be thoroughly tested as well.
