You should put a premade banner in the meantime while you get the real one. That's what I did. It helps not to waste that time.

There is still alot of time to make your own banner since it is only up to the recruiting stage but it does help with the recruiting if you have a stunning banner since they would want that in their shop.

Just try making it in microsoft paint, choose whichever pictures you want, add them, make the banner, save it as a picture and the size you want. The just go http://www.image-maps.com/ and voila. this can make you an easy banner, not too complicated and not too much time, and you can customize it to look however you want it
