Copying over Data to a New Profile or Removing Sales History

Hi there, I'm trying to redo my database in the online PortalX2 so I can remove some items from it that I won't be using. I run a book shop and I have had a number of titles that were "one time items" that I restocked. I'm trying to keep a list of just the main books I will be selling.

I have created a new profile and will be updating my information. When I added in my Sales History, I'd neglected to finish filling out the price details for each of my books. This gives a very skewed profit, and I'd like to fix this.

What I want to do is copy the current Item Database of a profile, but not the Sales History, or I want to delete the Sales History until I can completely fill out all my prices. I've done a few, so I'd really rather not start a whole new profile and redo it again if either of these is possible.

Any help/suggestions/feedback would be appreciated. If I'm not making any sense, I apologize as I'm still trying to figure out the best way to use this tool.

Hey. it's currently not possible to delete the sales history entries. (I added it to the todo list so i wont forget about it down the road).

As an alternative, you can try copying over the Portal Classic stuff to a new profile, wipe the sales history and then re-import it.

Thanks for the reply Sudor! I am only using the PortalX at the moment, how do I copy from one profile to another?

Doesn't look like I can edit the name of a current profile either?
