Adobe Photoshop Help?
Hey :) This question has been bugging me for months, and many, many failed google searches later, I have decided to ask here :P does anyone know how to get rid of the white around a image when copy and pasting an image from neopets? Because I put gradient backgrounds on my banners, but that means that theres that horrible white background whenever I try to paste an image. I know you can crop it, or use the quick selection tool, but its a real pain in the *cough* lol. Anyone know how to fix this? I also tried saving my background, opening it in paint (where you can get rid of the white BG, therefor MS Paint pwns Adobe Photoshop CS4 :P) and pasting the images, then going back to photoshop to put the text. But for some reason the quality of the image ends up really crappy. Thanks

Do you mean the white around an item? Like for making a mall banner? if thats what you're talking about i just copy the image, open a new project in photoshop, use the magic eraser to erase it then copy it again then paste it back to the other image. hope that helps

I open a new image, paste the image into photoshop, select the white area, select inverse, and ctrl+C. Then paste it into the image. Make sure to press shift and click again if there are multiple white spot while selecting the area. I've never tried the other person's way, so I don't know what is easier.
