I didn't see the board, so I don't know what you stated exactly. But if you did not make it clear that you would not win EVERY time, that could be what got ya

They are seriously picky these days. At least they warned and didnt go straight for the ice button, that seems there favorite thing to do. I had to take a break from the boards, I get too paranoid when I see too many complaints on them about the mods, they are out there pulling double duty lately for some reason. Oh and yes, you can win a halloween paint brush from test your strength. Dont remember how high I got Im sure its still my high score though, it was the only brush I have ever won/found ever. (well until keyquest started handing them out anyway)

Nicole, I'll make sure I state that, even though I'm pretty sure it flippin' obvious you can't win everytime, otherwise the potions would be worthless... dumb noobs. lol ________________________________ Are you feeling lucky? Click Here!

When I was dealing Neocola Tokens my tag line was something like "for a chance to win rare items, wearables, or something completely rubbish!" and I never had any problems. ~~~ bête noire (bet-NWAHR) noun: An object or person that is particularly disliked or that is to be avoided

Yeah there are a few ways off going about and getting your account back. One way is as Nicole said e-mail [email protected] . I've heard great things about her. And it's great to know that someone on TNT understands how much we care about our accounts. Also a way to go around TNT is
Ok, so open up the BBB by going to http://www.la.bbb.org/Home.aspx and click on 'Complain against a Business' on the homepage. At the bottom of the next page, click 'Click here for the complaint form'. Then search for 'Neopets' and select the 'Neopets.com' company by clicking 'File a complaint' underneath the name. In the 'Complaint type' drop down list, select 'Customer Service' In the 'Complaint summary' section put a brief description of what you're complaining about.
Now I did not make that guide the credit goes to xxx___ from a different Neopets forum. That method described above is VERY effective in 1) Getting a real live person from TNT to talk to and 2) Actually getting your account back if indeed you did nothing wrong.

Be very careful with that approach though - it pisses them off alot so if you make even a minor infraction, it's back to the icebox again and some people have been warned for mentioning that method on the boards

Because if so yes, it does upset them that they got complained on, and have to deal with real people instead of just innocently clicking their Ice button and then laughing as the automated messages go out as the person is begging and pleading for their account back. They don't seem too fond of actually interacting with their users anymore. I rarely see anyone from TNT post on boards or send real e-mails or anything these days.. it makes me sad.

Jeez... All these warnings and frozen accounts are the exact reason I hardly ever even bother talking to people in the game. Everything can be misinterpreted. I Made a post in my guild a couple months ago that basically said that I wasn't online that day because I am pregnant and had an ultrasound and found out we were having a girl so I spent the day shopping for pink things. Then I added something about my shop till being full to keep it neopets related. Not 10 minutes later I got a warning and my post was deleted. They said I needed to stop talking about explicit content because there are children that play this game and my post was inappropriate and next time there wouldn't be a warning, blah blah blah.

Like my friend got warned because she said "brb need my insulin" on a board and she got warned within like her return to the computer.
