Yeah there are a few ways off going about and getting your account back. One way is as Nicole said e-mail [email protected] . I've heard great things about her. And it's great to know that someone on TNT understands how much we care about our accounts. Also a way to go around TNT is
Ok, so open up the BBB by going to http://www.la.bbb.org/Home.aspx and click on 'Complain against a Business' on the homepage. At the bottom of the next page, click 'Click here for the complaint form'. Then search for 'Neopets' and select the 'Neopets.com' company by clicking 'File a complaint' underneath the name. In the 'Complaint type' drop down list, select 'Customer Service' In the 'Complaint summary' section put a brief description of what you're complaining about.
Now I did not make that guide the credit goes to xxx___ from a different Neopets forum. That method described above is VERY effective in 1) Getting a real live person from TNT to talk to and 2) Actually getting your account back if indeed you did nothing wrong.
I wrote to Charlotte, so if I don't get any response, of if I just get an auto response, I'll try the other method for sure! ________________________________ Are you feeling lucky? Click Here!
I wouldn't do the other method unless you get frozen. Over just a warning I'd just let it go. All that will happen is it will just draw more attention to your account. I'd just sit back for a day or two and let things get quiet then start your boards again. I wouldn't contact anyone for real unless I got frozen.. but that's just me.

Dude. You dont just sell tokens and say "YOU CAN WIN A TRANS POTION". That is scamming unless you say, "BUT YOU CAN ALSO WIN JUNK"..... :/

Actually, a lot of people advertise the same way. While I think some use misleading language, if someone says CLICK HERE FOR A CHANCE TO WIN _________ that isn't the same as BUY ONE OF THESE AND WIN __________. So, I don't think it is scamming as long as the wording is clear.
Fancy trying your luck at winning a fortune? Well the Ice Caves Scratchcard Kiosk could mean that today is your lucky day. It costs 600 Neopoints to buy a Scratchcard, and some are rarer than others. It's Lucky Dip so I can't guarantee which one you are going to get!! :)
maybe something like "Fancy trying your luck at wining a trans?" might do :P and speaking of warnings, i got warned for saying that by visiting my shop (no purchase necessary), you can get a free avatar 2 years ago. and i had my shopkeeper set to that quiggle thing too (so anyone who visited it would get that avatar)

If you get enough reports, even if from the same person, you will get warned or iced. Without even looking into the matter, they will just press their magical little buttons.

"You get a free avatar if you havent already got it" because if people dont see the SHH at the top they will think its a scam or something

Dennis -- I'm emailing her about an old account (Forcefed) that was frozen for god knows what reason in October. Doubt anything will happen, but it's worth a try. And yea, I think it's kind of obvious when I say that you "Maybe you could win" and "best prize could be" a Trans Potion. I'm not saying OMGOMGOMG EVERY FLIPPIN TOKEN WINNNZZZZ..... And companies do that "misleading language" all the time. I don't see them getting shut down. It's really up to the consumer to have a brain and learn to read and be a smart shopper. ________________________________ Are you feeling lucky? Click Here!

Yes, but that is also real world, and not a children's website. The rules are a lot different. Especially coming for TNT. If they believe it could be misleading to an 8 year old player who might be a bit naive then I can see where they would warn you. But I do agree the common sense would state that you're "Maybe you could win" would be a good indicator if they actually read your posts.

Like 13? I'd like to think a majority of 13-year-olds understand the basics of phonics @ identifying letters ... :) ________________________________ Are you feeling lucky? Click Here!
