The only dictionary definition of dung is "animal feces" so yes, I do believe that is what the piles of dung all over neopets are referring to. I don't believe this is TNT's cute way of swearing and trying to trick you or little children. Is the dung thing juvenile? Absolutely. But obscene? No.
