You know what really grinds my gears? Post yours!

[center]So this is a thread to vent on your peeves about malling. This can be a peeve as a member or a leader. Also, for those new to malling, this could be a nice page for your list of things not to do as a mall member or leader. :) Here are a couple of mine... I hate it when a huge shop in a mall has taken that position, but either they haven't been on in two months+ or they have poor stock (for their size anyways). It makes the mall look bad, reduces shop hits for everyone else, makes the branch leader look bad, and is just plain inconsiderate. I hate it when the mall branch leaders are inactive. Even one news & stat update a week will suffice! I like to know what I should work on to improve my shop because what I think is nice may need improvement and I always have room for that! haha~ I hate when someone NOWHERE near the size requirement and has obviously has never read the rules says, "I'll take petpets, add me." How rude can people get? *unsure* I hate it when someone just leaves the mall without notice or anything. Consideration is everything! lol yep, I really hate those. Also what peeves me is mall leaders not leading by example and expecting the followers to have lots of stock when said mall leader is falling behind too.

What grinds my gears? When a mall manager states rules like "no grossly overpricing items" "no stocking more than 1 item" or "no more than 10% non-items in your category" and they are doing this themselves! When you point out that nearly everyone else is doing it, but all of a sudden it's not okay for a new member to do it. What else? Malls that constantly lose members. I'm talking about 2-3 members per day and getting update notices like crazy. Then getting yelled at for not checking the mall page 10 times a day for updates. Why not get to the root of the problem and find out why so many members come and go?

what grinds me at the moment is that their is 5 free spots in the mall and being for a long time and the mall manger/s have not even being advertising. Feels as though they do not care and they will let it pass
