Copying Portal

Is there a way to copy my portal (items and all) to a new computer? I just don't want to loose everything and have to re-enter all the items again when I get my new laptop.... Thanks :)

just install the portal from the website as normal on the new computer and then copy over the /users folder from the old computer to the new folder via a USB flash disk or something
