NeoMallers Portal Final Edition
The 2009 final version of NeoMallers Portal (version 8) is now approaching release. It uses a new database system that runs up to 10 times faster (based on speed tests on my computer) The comments will be fully searchable and you will be able to directly edit each item too (For all those mallers selling stuff at < 1000 NP) There are a couple of minor performance tweaks and bug fixes. Attached are the new interface. Hopefully it's easier to navigate and designed to eliminate confusions since i got rid of the boxes but those of you who like the boxes, they can be brought back. Feel free to suggest stuff on this thread. I know some stuff has been suggested elsewhere but i kinda lost where they were =/ Final means, once this one is out, there wont be a new one for a while, at least until next year (with the exception of bug fixes, minor updates, etc)

I LOVE the fact we'll be able to keep track of items that are less than 1k easier now... I eagerly await Dmitri, thank you!

You'll have to type it in your self via a separate panel

Like I told you earlier, it looks brilliant D. Very nice. Got a question too: Will this new version include the improvement I suggested a while back, as in the low in stock items will be determined as the items less than or EQUAL TO the entered Notify-value, instead of just less than? On another note, a suggestion could also be a possibility to enter another kind of Sell Price Multiplier; one that adds a fixed number of neopoints to the bought price instead of setting a percentage. Would be great if you could come up with a way to add this and at the same time keep the regular multiplier :) I might have more suggestions but I can't think of them right now :P

I posted this in another thread: I wish there was a way to tag Quest items. Most days I don't have time to go through 120 items looking for the "Quest" text that I put in the comments section. Having a way to look for specifically tagged items that have gone out of stock or are low would be nice. .... Is that kinda included in the comments search section? So if I search for "Quest" all my out of stock/low stock quest items will show up?

Would it be hard to create a change database button on the first page instead of having to shut it down to go into the other database?

yes, a search engine that I could enter say "PINK" and anything with the word "PINK" in it would come up. Even if it's the second word of the item name.
