It does make an awkward conversation with a stranger, that much more awkward in my opinion.

When I did Cards was asked a couple refunds but I usually just don't reply and ignore it. Some people like to "Comment" about my shop but really after they talk to you they are like My pets are hungry and I won't be able to pay for my nb ad this week. I went away once and this girl who wanted a refund and she sent me 5 neomails saying Why are you ignoring me and I will never shop at your place again. Quite funny actually

Luckily I don't usually get people asking for refunds since I sell toys. I would offer a refund to someone in a similar situation though I wouldn't if they complained about pricing. The thing with the lab piece was just weird though.

Really depends on my mood if I refund or not. Her I probably would have tried and ended up with the same frustrating mess. Ivonne... the mails like that... well you just have to remember the site is full of lonely little kids (and adults for that matter) looking for attention, and they tend to pour their hearts out. I had to quit answering most mails because of it. I come online for a break from parenting and had to kick the habit of picking up strays, as guilty as it made me feel, I could enjoy myself again.

Ditto. Mostly they just end up wanting something for nothing, instead of working hard and earning it themselves. I wouldn't give a refund - I've made accidental purchases myself in the past, it's just neopian life!

Yea, i've never been asked for a refund - but unless it was a personal neofriend, i probably would say no.
