Hey Dmitri, Ive been having a similar problem. I previously used the version of portal before this most recent upgrade i think it was 8.0. The same thing happened to me, I created a database and tracked sales for around 2 weeks then one day I inputted sales to realize all my info was reset to zero. I didnt do anything out of the ordinary. I was unmotivated to re-enter my info. I recently upgraded to a larger branch so i was interested in tracking sales again, and saw that 8.1 of portal was released so I thought maybe I wouldnt have the same problem. Like lilly I use windows XP, and the browser I commonly paste from is Firefox 3.0.13 Is it worth sending my files to support, or is it most likely the same problem resulting from some unhappiness between portal and XP? Thanks for any help, and the program it self. I find it very useful so hopefully I can get it working smoothly again.

I still have no idea what the hell is happening. I use windows XP and Opera (which causes more problems than ever) however, I hadnt had anything like that happen even when i deliberately try to make mistakes. Are you pasting in the entire shop front? or just the items

My stock is small and hardly changes so both times I only pasted my shop front once to establish my database. I dont really use it to detect low quantity items since I just skim through my 1 page real quick. After I past the shop front the initial time, I edit the prices, and except for the occasional price change, all I do is input sales and view the stats. I rarely have new items to add or delete. This time it went away after 2 days, w.o making any price changes after the initial one time database set up. Weird Thanks for the reply. :)
