Is it a neopet-related site dealing with computer related content such as counters and downloading of software? Admin of a neopets related site (such as this) and admin of a regular website are totally different. The "newbie" population tends to be more idiotic/lazy than the other.

Ok your computer is probbaly messed up. All the files are verified and it should be working too. Probably some security or something is blocking it. (or i'm being trolled again)
