To be honest, i have never banned anyone who has actually posted here "properly" The ones who get banned are those create an account and then spam, be an idiot, etc. Or those automatic ones that try to post viacom... errr i mean viagra spams. NeoChatters was a photo upload service (created in mar 2007 by mi_monstruo, later admin'd by Amy) where users can post pictures of themselves and comes with a rating system and people could post comments. All I did was the coding aspects of it but since both those admins have essentially retired, i took it off the site. The domain NEOCHATTERS.COM was unregistered a while back but our forums is still visible at http://songsh55.proboards.com/index.cgi if anyone's curious P.S.
