WTH? NEOPETS IS FORCING ME TO CHANGE MY USERNAME -.- !!!!
So I got this mail 2day. They dont say if they are going 2 transfer over my shop size, my 100% perfect BD score or my gallery size ETC. Does any 1 know if im being screw out of over 12 mill cuz they wont transfer my shop 2? What about the items in my shop, will I have 2 REPRICE EVERYTHING ETC? This is so dumb I don't know where 2 start -.- My account is over 45 months old, will they transfer my join date or fuck me in the ass with that 2? You should be happy that TNT are even bothering to help you out and warning you about this instead of just freezing you like they could. Yea, it sucks, but it could be way worse

Why don't you try asking them that, instead of screaming about it here. Sorry, but we can't help you. And I agree with jaspeh. At the least, they're not just outright freezing you so you log in one morning and find 12mil, 100% perfect BD score COMPLETELY gone. Just ask them nicely if there's anyway that they'll be able to transfer all that too (avi, gallery, etc.) so you don't lose all of your hard work. If not, tough, rebuild like any other player would if they got frozen. My name isnt even that bad, 12m in shop upgrades is enough 4 me 2 quit. They are freezing the things ive worked 4. My trophies, my perfect 850/850 DB score all my shop/gallery upgrades and they are giving me a newby account. They might as well of just freezed me anyways. I want 2 know if they are going 2 trasfer these things for me 2 or not. How do I ask them? I cannot reply 2 the neomail

Sorry to hear about that. I've seen it happen to quite a few people, but that was about a year ago. I know for one person they even brought over her avatars to her new account, so hopefully you can find someone on TNT who will work with you on this and do as much for you as they can.

If you're a premi user them just use the chat there to help. Otherwise just try the contact us and make the new username. And then if they don't just keep trying to contact them until you get an answer. Just tell them that you've spent a lot of money and that you appreciate the warning, but a lot of time and effort went into the other things and if those could be transferred as well it would be greatly appreciated. But even if you can't then why quit? This is a virtual game site, its not life its not your everything, so maybe you have to put in a lot of time to get everything back, but at least you aren't losing your item and the NP. The idea sucks, but if you get an answer in time and they aren't then sell them and restart.
