Frozen for helping!

I am SO pissed off right now. Someone hacked into my husband's account beginning of the week. They deleted his email and changed his password. I reported for him. Now they froze my whole family. The only way we are even linked if being neofriends and I have the main account and the rest of my family have subaccounts. I can not believe they would freeze my account or my children for me reporting

Here is Charlotte's email to my husband. Hi Vince, These accounts are linked by the same email and so that is why your son's account is involved with the activities that were performed on your account. Unfortunately the evidence in our records indicates to us that your account "darthcamp" was involved in scamming and currently is in possession of multiple stolen items. Additionally, it appears that these accounts are associated with a scam involving a website that sells Neopoints and valuable Neopoint items which is both illegal but is against the Neopets Terms and Conditions. We will not be able to return these accounts, Charlotte K This is a bunch of horse ****!!! He is 12 years old for goodness sacks. Ya think he is going to do something like this! My husband is of age yea...but does not have the knowledge. Take the gosh darn things out of his flipping account and give it back! I would send another form and keep doing it until you get another staff member. EDIT: One of my mall members went through that too. I will do! The bad part is their accounts are linked by email. But when he joined he did not have one of his own. I think this time around I will use his own email account that we set up for him this past week. I just wish I had an answer to give him that sounded right.
