Help!

Hi, I have had an account with Neomallers and had a neopets shop counter. I quit using it a few months ago. I lost my password and now understand that the lost password button is not working due to a hacker? I just today, signed up for a new account under a new e-mail. It went thru but when I tried to create a new counter it said that there is already one in use by username Em? I am so confused! my username is dragonslady1 and I am Em. Please help me fix this? Thanks

Ok now i know what happened. You put it in some random stuff in the box where it said "put in neopets username" I.E. that box is where you put in your neopets username. not anything else. ----------------------------- [color=purple]Contrary to popular belief, the Irish and I are not married[/color]

yes, that is what I told you earlier. LOL Can we just wipe out the two accounts and emails I have with you now and let me start a new one?
