I know that sounds weird from someone that you do not know but that is how friendships start. Also from one mall manager to another if your members respect and care for you I am sure under these conditions they will forgive and forget so to say.

And most of my mall members have not given me a response as to whether or not they're going to stay, I sent out a mass email... but I've given them until Friday, July 9th to give me some sort of response.
