i made another acct, and when i clicked on create counter
it directs me to a page thats blank except for this at the top left

Sorry, you can only have one shop counter service associated with a neomallers account.

You can, however, create multiple basic counters to place them on your pet page or user lookup if you wish. Just go under Counters, General Counters and create a new one. It won't have the same features as the Shop Counter, such as tracking where your hits come from, but it will still show your daily and total hits.

change your neopets username on your profile
go to:
my account
edit neopets profile
then change your username :)
your old shop counter should work just fine after that :)

I finally was able to get another counter, i needed to put it on an email that didnt already have one on it.. thus TNT and the Horrible Frozen accounts :(
