Portal 10 Problem
I am not sure this question has been asked or not. What the problem I am having now is I keep receiving this warning for many items in the DB. e.g : The item Eyrie Sleeping Cap appears to be corrupted. Mismatch between index and data. UpdateItem Error! The update sequence for item [Eyrie Sleeping Cap] was halted because of a mismatch between the item name in the index and the item name being processed in the database. Ex. Portal tried to write [Eyrie Sleeping Cap]'s data for []. You should restart portal and if this problem persists, please create a help thread on neomallers. I have restarted the portal several times, this problem still exists. What should I do now? Please help.

D'oh, this one is outside of my realm unless it's already been asked and search turns it up *lol* The only times I think I got that error, there was a blank line in the middle of one of the database files, and I deleted it and everything was happy again. I could be remembering wrong too ;)

I deleted the item name and restarted the portal, then added back the item name. Restart my computer too. The problem is still there. No idea what evil deeds I did on the portal. It just hates me all of a sudden. LOL.

Check the files for other blank lines too, maybe at the very beginning of the files, or somewhere else in it. If one files has a blank line, the two files may get out of sync, causing the errors to occur across multiple items. Again, this is just a guess :)

I've been having this issue too - no blank lines that I've found, and it happens on multiple items. It always [i]seems[/i] to be after emulating sales for one of my less than 1k np items...
