Anyone else Iced?

Hey, I was online yesterday when neo went down. I tried to log on this morning only to be greeted with the "your account has been frozen" screen. Has anyone else had this problem? It's odd, because my account seems to still be there. Other users don't get the "this account has been frozen" message. My shop appears to be up and working. ... - peter

I was logged in at home when Neo went down. I went to work and tried to log in from there at about midnight nst, and I got the frozen message. When I got home and opened firefox (I keep myself logged in at home), I got the T&C acceptance message, and I was able to get back onto my account. Hopefully they fix it for everyone soon. It must have something to do with being logged in/out or something when the site went down???????? Or maybe a dynamic ip address is messing it up?

Since we've come back online, some of you might have been notified your account is frozen when you attempted to log in. If this shouldn't apply to you, sorry! We're looking into the issue right now and will clear it up as soon as possible. In the meantime, you don't need to submit a ticket to support about this. I'm at work and just tried getting on and got that nasty red message too. Glad this is a glitch and that I am not the only one in this ice boat. I was about to get very infuriated there for a minute. Weird. I am logged on, but now all the pages are just blank, its as if my internet connection lost all bar's, but neopets is the only site doing it?
