Hiya, I try to open neomallers portal and it goes to optimizing incrents or w/e and then it gives me a "runtime error 6" message and I can't open it.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Help?
P.S. I just bought the laptop, maybe that is an issue?

Hmm i would try for a clean reinstall. Delete everything inside the NeoMallers folder under your C drive EXCEPT the /users folder inside it and reinstall. If that doesnt work, create a new fresh profile and see if that runs

I had the same issue with mine and it took me a bit to figure it out but it was my virus scan saying that it was bad.. I had to shut my scan off completely before reinstalling and it went in with no issues and stopped the Run time error.. As long as I dont use the default shop option. That one I still cant seem to fix.
