Starting A Mall

So currently the Nursery Mall is about to undergo a huge change. Another branch is being added an I am in charge. Any ideas of how I should go about it ?

I say you should be confident and believe you will be able to start from the beginning and get new members! As long as people think you are confident, they will believe you will be good at the job, therefore getting more people to join!

The mall pages should be done on monday. If your interested in filling the position I would you need you to fill out the application. Also honestly, I want to tell everyone that is going to join this mall that it's going to be rocky at first because the mall will not be full. Secondly, I wanted anyone who wants to join to know that even though it will be rough I am going to stick it through to make it work!

Really? Wow.. that is pretty awesome. I think that Cris and Larissa are great mangers of their malls. I think that you can see they are so committed to the mall!
