Main Market: Get there slowly or make the leap?

So I originally had this goal of getting to Main Market by the end of the summer, going slowly, doing occasional upgrades. But many people have been talking about great summer sales. So Ive been considering if it would be advantageous for me to make the leap to main market now, and maximize my summer sales. I could sell off I couple gallery items to fund the leap and they would be hidden tower items so that I could rebuy them at about the same price (SoS and Pbs). Another thing to consider is that I will be staying in the same mall (which isnt main market, but min size is 390 I think). So I wont get any advantage of main mallers linking to me, it would just be my shop moving up into a main hut. Any comments /suggestions/etc are welcome =)

Oh yea, and I remember chat on a different thread about going to main market. Something about the first few huts being really crazy and unstable that its better to skip them if possible? Main is currently 593, so is there a recommended size to jump to?

Ideally around size 610 is the first reasonable hut i'd say.

Although I had the 1000np deals/avatars category, not a very popular category, I imagine if I had a more popular category it wouldn't have worked out quite so perfectly.

Yeah 610 is good but to make good use of it, you (mall) need to work together.

Go for main. I jumped here recently and the difference was worth it.

I just got to main market very recently and the change is astronomical. I'm making a lot more profit and selling a lot more items. And currently I'm just size 594. get there quickly---malls are a dime a dozen these days. you should be able to find one pretty wuickly!
