What backup program do you use?

Yeah need some help. Currently, I'm running Windows XP and whenever i need to backup, i boot into windows 7 to zip up the entire C Drive (about 6 gigs) For files that are more frequently updated (such as those in the my documents folder), i run a program called EZbackitup to literally sync the files.
However, I'm debating on switching completely to windows 7 but since windows 7 is like... 20 gigs... my method isnt gonna work too good :P
Plus if the operating system fails, i have nothing to go back to in order to run the restore command.

There is this unknown hacker that is hacking into people's facebook accounts, emails, twitters and what not in my school. They continue to use these accounts to harass people. Obviously the hacker is from my school. Everyone wants to beat the shit out of this bastard but we have no clue who it is.

What are some of your all time favorites as well as good/bad movies you've seen recently?
The last movie I've seen in theaters was 'Brothers'. Excellent movie, very say though. It's about a guy that goes to war and how his family at home deals with it.
