How cool it is to make 2 accounts just to back one up? :)
And I agree to the people over there - they know what they're saying more than me XD
I used to do magic and toys once, cause my mall manager said it would be a good idea to put a "good" spot with a "bad" spot, even tho the bad spot was toys, for him -.-'
I felt magic to be the crappiest spot possible, specially when you can't REALLY RS at the magic shop which makes you.. well, non-profitable, basically XD
If your mall is not willing to change your fee, I would recommend leaving the mall for a mall with a smaller fee or no fee at all OR changing cattegories, at least...

Wow this thread is just full of fun things. Staff or not commenting on another persons capitilization added nothing at all the to discussion at hand. Keeping on topic is a great way to help someone.
Back to topic...
You need to figure out how much profit you are looking to make. That is your only true concern. Once you know what you need to make you can shop yourself around based on mall popularity, ads and positioning. Did you choose Magic/Pharm or were you just put there once and stuck with it? I started in furniture and moved into wearables/grooming. I did this because I was able to learn the items and values pretty easily. I also knew that I could rs some of the higher cost items to help add to my sales potential. I figure I balance out my sales with awesome priced RS items and my marked up regular stock. Magic/Pharm have some nice rs opportunities but the competition is nuts in those shops. I suggest you look at what you want to sell. If this is a category you enjoy then you need to look at your pricing structure and other ways you could increase personal traffic and maybe profit. If there is something else you want but you might have to go to a smaller mall to get into it...check the profits. Nothing says growth like having profits and building reserve stock.

Are you saying that I have two accounts on neomallers? No, not at all. I just dislike unneccessary rudeness from anyone.
Hey Jaden, sorry to hear your category isnt working out as well as you'd like. :(
In the Snowy Rivers branch, there was actually a spot open for Magic/Faerie Items/1001/Gifts, maybe you can see if you can move over there? At least you could keep your Magic stock, but then add all kinds of other items and those might help bring in more profits for you. You could also talk to people in the other branches who do your category and see if they have any advice about how they are making their nps back, since they all pay the same fees as you do.
Lastly, if nothing seems to be working, you could also talk to the managers on the main branches, and ask them to let you know if another category opens up. They are really great managers and Im sure they will try to help you as much as possible if they know you are not happy with your spot.
Also, I noticed you are in Boardwalk. If you want to reach yoru manager, its better that you neomail Amber (Gothsunprincess ) because Kenny is taking a break, so he might not reply for a while.
Good luck :)
Hi
I'm wondering why your staying in the mall if your not making money I were you I'd try going it alone so you can sell whatever you want to and use the money you save from the nb ad to increase your shop size and stay at the top of your hut and you'll get a lot of traffic.
There's not much point in having high traffic volumes in your shop if they don't convert to sales specially if your paying so much to get that traffic
Lol I don't tend to randomly pick on peoples capitalization. I found his comments unnecessary and rather immaturely put. Especially the first one.
I was already magic and it has worked out for me in the way past, but the mall I was in basically died. I figured that going to a more active mall would be helpful and I could spin some more profit that way, but it doesn't appear so.
I think I'll contact Amber as you said Jaspeh. Thanks :)

Here are some things that ran through my head..,..
It may have to do with your button location/graphic. Compare it to your old one and see what's different. Also, did you change huts? I went into a different hut today (not even by choice really) and my sales almost doubled.
If your mall manager is responsible, they will surely try to accommodate you if you let them know what's going on. :)
I am in a different hut.. At first when I moved my sales were great, but now they're not so good. I haven't been upgrading anymore because my first 7 mill in upgrades I threw out haven't even gotten close to being paid back lol.
