I could probably make a 2 second banner on paint without any colors and i bet people will say it's great. No it's not. You need to be able to handle criticism to improve. I had a friend who dissed my graphics and said something like "even looking at my graphics makes her puke". Harsh but it does force me to improve EDIT: this doesnt mean people go around saying "HAHAAH UR BANNER IS THE SHITZ!111 WERE U DESIGNING IT WIT A BL1NDF0LD?" and leave it that. Has to be constructive criticism.

I understand Kirsty doesn't like 1434neopets, and I'm not going to get involved with that, but you can't go through life calling everything shit. If your girlfriend asks you for advice on their outfit and you say its shit, the relationship probably isn't going to last very long :P
