There's always the possibility of having two people who knows each other in real life that live or do not live together that come together to create a similar account name.
Either way, that's real smart. *unsure* No wonder people complain about getting frozen all the time. Someone on the bd chat yesterday even a got warning for cheating because his brother also played neopets.
