I would feel bad, but if they threatened to report me I would definitely not refund them. Thats just me though~

Leah, if people keep doing that - add a disclaimer in your shop that "Glass and Stone PBs cannot be used to paint your pet as well as Brush Plushies". I've seen PB shops have that in their shops to make sure you don't get n00bs like that.
